Tuesday:

 5:30p.m.-6:30p.m. - No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Beginner to Intermediate

6:45p.m.-8:00p.m. - No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu for MMA, Intermediate to Advanced

Wednesday:

 10:30a.m.-12:00p.m. - Striking Essentials for MMA, Beginner to Advanced

5:30p.m.-6:45p.m. - Gi Jiu-Jitsu Essentials, Beginner to Advanced 

6:45p.m.-8:00p.m. - SPARRING (invite only) Full on Sparring for upcoming fighters and future prospects  

Thursday:

11:00a.m.-1:00p.m. - Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Beginner to Advanced 

5:30p.m.-6:30p.m. - Beginner Muay Thai/Lao, Beginner to Intermediate

5:30p.m.-6:30p.m - Fight Prep (Fighters Only) 

6:30p.m.-8:00p.m. - Intermediate to Advanced Striking for MMA 

Friday:

10:30a.m.-12:00p.m. - No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu , Beginner to Advanced 

5:00p.m.-6:00p.m. - Essentials of Boxing, Beginner to Advanced 

6:00p.m.-7:30p.m. - Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Beginner to Advanced

Saturday:

Sunday:
