Dedication Recognized: Recent Blue Belt Promotions at Tri-Force MMA

Tri-Force MMA is proud to announce the promotion of five of its newest blue belts on the team. Alisha Vacca was promoted on April 26, 2017 and shortly thereafter, Diego Juarez, Travis Nguyen and Aiden Kravitz were promoted on May 17, 2017. Pablo Rodriguez is the most recent addition to the blue belts, having been promoted on May 27, 2017.

As the very first promotion beyond white belt, the ideal progression for a student to earn their blue belt is substantial. Growing from a casual participant looking to pursue a new hobby to becoming a truly dedicated practitioner of the sport, the road to the blue belt is a different journey for each student.

One Tournament, Three Competitors, Seven Medals

Team Tri-Force returned to the podium during the North American Grappling Association’s (NAGA) East Coast Grappling Championship in Providence, RI. On May 6, 2017, three team members came to represent Tri-Force MMA and in doing so earned a total of seven medals within seven divisions.

Tri-Force Competes to Tap Cancer Out

Team Tri-Force took to the mats in Stratford, CT on April 29, 2017 to take part in the grappling fundraiser tournament, Tap Cancer Out. Taking home three medals within three separate divisions, Team Tri-Force continues to put their name on the map as a serious contender within all areas of mixed martial arts.
